THE OUTSOURCING PROCESS

STEP 1CONNECTION
We get to know each company by scheduling a Google Meet session, in order to make a brief presentation, take notes of your needs and gather the necessary information to provide a proposal and sing a contract.
STEP 2TALENT ALLOCATION
Once we identify the best approach, we assemble the best team to deliver the results expected. Our pool of 40 specialists is divided in 4 divisions: TRANSLATEAMS, XTRACTEAMS, MARKTEAMS & IMAGETEAMS.
STEP 3PROJECT MANAGEMENT
After the team is assigned to the project, one or more account managers are designated to support the team and make sure all requirements are fulfilled and all tasks are carried out properly. A written proposal is going to be sent by e-mail in order to get the green light to start.
STEP 4RESULTS
Every project is finished and delivered according to the requirements agreed at the beginning. Nevertheless, the client is allowed to participate and modify the terms and conditions during the project by written request. An amendment will be attached to the contract with the necessary changes in the budget, if agreed by both parties.
STEP 5FEEDBACK
After the final delivery is approved, the client shall send any feedback to adjust our service and train our teams for future projects. It's so important for us to work with you as a unit, so an open communication is key to align our work.
